Barb’s Bakery is a small-batch bakery and jam maker based in Mobile, Alabama. You can find Barb’s Bakery at local farmers markets around Mobile, or you can order ahead for easy pickup and delivery service.

We’re cooking up everything from apple butter and fruit jams to sweet treats fresh from the oven. Customer favorites include blueberry, mixed berry, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry jams, along with a sweet-and-spicy mango habanero pepper jelly and homemade cranberry sauce. The bakery side of the kitchen brings comforting classics like chocolate chip cookies, rich brownies, and old-fashioned pound cake.

Whether you’re stocking your pantry or looking for the perfect treat to share, Barb’s Bakery offers simple, homemade goodness in every jar and every bite.

Meet

Sage

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Sage Bentley (affectionately known as Mobile's Barbie Girl), grew up with two passions that never competed; they simply harmonized. From childhood, Sage dreamed of filling the world with both music and the irresistible aroma of something baking in the oven.

Sage got her first dream early. She spent two remarkable years traveling the world in the International tour of Annie: The Musical. She performed night after night for audiences across continents, bringing one of Broadway's most beloved stories to life.

Returning home to Mobile, Sage finished her studies and found a new stage: her own kitchen. What began as a beloved hobby soon blossomed into Barb's Bakery Shop, a small business built entirely on love, craft, and music. Every item she sells is made by her hands, in her kitchen and, always with a song.
